Kent County Show 2025

Blue zone Prime trade stands are located along the main shopping roadway, the Edward Hardy Avenue. This avenue is bustling with visitors and receives some of the most footfall of all the shopping areas. All pitches will be outside and mainly on grass, with no marquees provided by the Society. Sizes start at 3m frontage with 3m depth and increase in multiples of 3m.

Green trade stands are located in various key locations across the Showground. Pitches are all outside, mainly on grass with some limited stands on tarmac available. Sizes start at 3m frontage by 3m depth and can only be increased in multiples of 3m. Please note, if you require a marquee this must be provided by yourself. No marquees are available from the Society.

The Yellow trade stands are on The New Kent Road parallel to the prime shopping avenue. The roadway has a discounted rate and is aimed at Kent-based businesses, up and coming traders, and leads onto our Woodland area. There are a limited number of these pitches available so please enquire early if interested.

Situated amongst hundreds of livestock exhibitors is our agricultural area. Discount is offered to anyone selling agricultural machinery, equipment, supplies and services.

Our Equine village located round our main ring, we offer an equine discount to any trader selling tack, feed, bedding, transport, stabling, equine fencing, equipment or accessories.

Catering tenders are for hot food and drinks being served for consumption on show days. The three day Kent County Show showcases the best from across the 'Garden of England' providing visitors with delicious food and drink from around the county. We have a range of options for catering and bar units and our team are happy to guide you through the booking process and answer any questions. Please note all tenders need to pay a deposit of £100. These tender will be reviewed in March, with the aim to accept or reject applications by the 1st April 2025. Catering brochure and map in the documents section.

Our Festival of food is a collection of Food Market Stand which are for produce to be consumed off site (cheese, cookies, bottled alcohol etc) Situated on our prime avenue, is our dedicated food market area. Each stand is situated in a 3m x 3m shedded bay. Please note there will be a divide between exhibitors, electricity connections in this area are reduced due to the close proximity of the electricity supply.

Food Market Stands are for produce to be consumed off site (cheese, cookies, bottled alcohol etc). Located outside at various points around the Showground these stands are limited as we have a dedicated 'Festival of Food' area. All sites are outside and you will need to provide your own gazebo. Please get in touch if you are unsure whether you fit into this category.

Situated in our Countryside Village we offer a discounted rate to nay trades selling equipment related to country and gaming pursuits such as hunting, shooting, fishing, conservation, rural life or dog food, accessories or bedding etc.

This year we are expanding our garden life. With display gardens for nurseries, as well as horticulture trade, garden furniture an other related trade we are offer discounted rate to be in the garden life area.
