A very popular feature primarily for small businesses and organisations associated with countryside, woodland & forestry industry and rural pursuits. 3m x 6m bay, banner rail included in cost. Covered bays are ideal for Exhibitors selling or promoting their goods and services and do not have their own exhibition unit or marquee. For the promotion of small craft businesses. All products must be made by the exhibitor and genuinely definable as craft work. Housed within a conventional Pavilion, on a grass surface. For the promotion of food & drink products primarily for consumption off the Showground. Preference will be given to local food producers (from Devon and the South West) and not ‘fast food sales’ exhibitors. To rebook your 2024 stand, please submit your application by 1st December. A deposit of 25% will be required to secure the pitch, with the balance due by 1st March 2025. The Show will permit a limited number of sites for ‘fast food’ (food for immediate consumption). ‘Fast food’ exhibitors will be charged a 12.5% catering premium. Sampling food is permissible at no extra charge. Exhibitors and Caterers selling or promoting alcohol are reminded that they must have a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) which must be displayed at the Show.
For the exhibition of motor vehicles, motor bikes and boats. To rebook your 2024 stand, please submit your application by 1st December. A deposit of 25% will be required to secure the pitch, with the balance due by 1st March 2025.
Open ground sites on grass or hard surface. Exhibitors can either supply their own marquee or it can be ordered through the Show Office. For 'bricks-and-mortar' and online lifestyle retail businesses. All exhibitors must present a professional website or Social Media account before an application is approved. 3m x 3m bays housed within a conventional Pavilion, on wooden flooring. 3m x 3m shredded bay with banner rail is included in the cost. Set on grass and located on Avenue R between Crafts & Horticulture and Country Life & Woodland. Ideal for Exhibitors selling or promoting their goods and services who do not have their own exhibition unit or marquee. 5% discount when ordering two or more. A deposit of 25% will be required to secure the pitch, with the balance due by 1st March 2025.
