Food & Drink Pavilion

For the promotion of food & drink products primarily for consumption off the Showground. Preference will be given to local food producers (from Devon and the South West) and not ‘fast food sales’ exhibitors. To rebook your 2024 stand, please submit your application by 1st December. A deposit of 25% will be required to secure the pitch, with the balance due by 1st March 2025. The Show will permit a limited number of sites for ‘fast food’ (food for immediate consumption). ‘Fast food’ exhibitors will be charged a 12.5% catering premium. Sampling food is permissible at no extra charge. Exhibitors and Caterers selling or promoting alcohol are reminded that they must have a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) which must be displayed at the Show.
