Show Description

Special Conditions:
1. All exhibits must have been the bona-fide property of the exhibitor and in his/her care for a period of not less than three months prior to the show.
2. The Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without any explanation.
3. Any prize may be withheld or modified if the exhibits are considered unworthy by the judges, the judge’s decision being final.
4. After judging, no exhibit is to be altered or removed until after 4.30pm
5. All exhibits, private property etc, shall be at the risk of the exhibitor and the Society shall not be liable for loss or damage, from any cause whatsoever.
6. The trophies remain the property of the Society, to be held by the winner and returned to the society before the next show.
7. Matters arising not covered by the above will be dealt with by the Show Committee.
8. Some smaller classes may be amalgamated if necessary
9. It is strictly the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure all livestock have water available
10. Failure to do so may result in the non-acceptance of the entry
