Early Bird Outdoor Trade Pitches (Login / Register to Purchase)

Early Bird offer ends on 28 February 2025. Situated in our grassed trade stand area (excludes catering, confectionary, food, drink or alcohol sales, children’s fair rides, including inflatables). The erection of marquees/gazebos are permitted but must be fit for purpose and secured well. Please make sure that you allow enough space for guy ropes for your marquee, these cannot encroach outside of your booked space. All vehicles must be moved to the exhibitor car park unless they fit within the space booked. No electricity is available, but you may provide your own generator which must be covered within your risk assessment. Wi-Fi if needed to facilitate connection of payment terminals, is available for a small extra charge. Whilst we will have assistance on site in case of any issues it must be understood that the Society is not responsible for any failures of such system and that you are responsible for having appropriate equipment. Admission Tickets are allocated according to the Stand size, see the Terms and Conditions. Further Admission tickets may be purchased at a reduced price of £12.00 each and should be applied for when making your application. You must hold a minimum of £5 million public liability insurance valid on show day and a copy uploaded with your application. Early Bird offer ends on 31 December 2024 A limited number of ringside locations are available and occupy premier positions facing the Main Ring. (Excludes catering, confectionary, food, drink or alcohol sales, children’s fair rides, including inflatables). Lifestyle Pavilion Stand (Login / Register to Purchase)

Our successful Lifestyle Pavilion is sited adjacent to the Craft Marquee and is the perfect show case for our creative and retail exhibitors. Exhibitor’s will be allocated 2 Admission Tickets. Further Admission tickets may be purchased at a reduced price of £12.00 each and should be applied for when making your application. A large, dedicated marquee is provided with electricity supply and Wi-Fi available. You must hold a minimum of £5 million public liability insurance valid on show day and a copy uploaded with your application. You must bring a copy of this certificate with you on show day, to be produced upon request. If your policy expires before the show date email the renewal when available. All applicants must supply a risk assessment covering all significant risks for all persons potentially affected by activities and or equipment on their stand/areas uploaded with your application as well as bringing a copy with you on the show day. Craft Marquee Stand (Login / Register to Submit Application)

If you would like to apply for a stand our application process is designed to ensure that makers of appropriate and sufficient quality are carefully selected to take up one of the limited number of stands in this dedicated area. It is vitally important to us, our visitors and all our exhibitors that the quality of offering in the marquee is high. By applying you are required to undergo a simple process to ensure the quality of product and commitment to your craft. Successful applicants will be notified and invoiced no later than 18 April. Please complete the online application, including the upload of photographic evidence of your work. You must hold a minimum of £5 million public liability insurance valid on show day and a copy uploaded with your application. You must bring a copy of this certificate with you on show day, to be produced upon request. If your policy expires before the show date email the renewal when available. The winner will receive a trophy, and a same size stand, in the Craft Marquee at next year's Totnes Show, free of charge Criteria Specification The Show Committee’s ambition is to provide a showcase of the highest standards of workmanship and design from all its craft stand holders. We are looking particularly for work which is original and imaginative, shows an appropriate and sensitive use of materials, a high level of craft skill and involvement with the process and excellent finish. If you prefer not to apply for a stand through this process you may alternatively do so for the separate Lifestyle Pavilion marquee area (adjacent to the Craft area); the Lifestyle Pavilion will be broadly monitored for quality of potential stand items but they will not necessarily be made by the maker directly.

Food and Drink Village (Login / Register to Submit Application)

An excellent opportunity to promote local food and drink produce! Applications are on an enquiry basis and we will let you know if your application has been successful. Please note that food sold in this area can include bottled unopened alcohol, sealed and whole packaged goods and other foods to be taken home for consumption. Food for immediate consumption CANNOT be sold from this area. Food for immediate consumption can only be sold under our Public Catering arrangements Taster samples of food for immediate consumption may be served free of charge to potential customers. The busy demonstration kitchen area located within the Food & Drink Village will again be a popular feature, drawing crowds with various demonstrations throughout the day. If you wish to offer any of your produce to the chefs as a donation towards their demonstrations, please do let us know in advance. This is a great way to highlight and promote your products further still.
