The Garden Show will include a selection of award winning nursery displays that the public can admire and take inspiration from, each with its own plants sales gazebo. The Lincolnshire Agricultural Society will provide one 3m x 3m individual marquee for you to exhibit. Please note this sales area will be judged, along with your display space, which will be provided as a 2x2m ground space in front of your marquee which will be edged in 6" board.

• Our Food Court offers local, regional and specialist producers the opportunity to promote and sell their goods to the general public. • Non-cooking and sampling stands are based in temporary canvas shedding. All units are 3 metre frontage by 3 metre depth. Adjacent units may be purchased to give a frontage of 6/9 metres. • A reduced price is available on Non-cooking Food Court stands for members of Lincolnshire Agricultural Society. • Food Court stands will only be permitted to sell those products stated on the application form. Any additional items can only be sold with the prior approval of the Society. • All stands must display their stand name on a banner – dimensions are 3m length x 0.6m depth (*per stand, so a double stand will require a 6m length x 0.6m depth banner) • All Food and drinks must be stored in accordance with food safety regulations and display the relevant paperwork, the society’s licensing officer will be onsite and will spot check stand over the duration of the event.

• The Mews is our premium shopping area for companies with something special such as luxury goods, gifts or clothing. • All units are 3-metre frontage by 6m depth. Adjoining units may be purchased to give a frontage of 6 or 9 metres. • Stands consist of temporary canvas shedding partitioned into bays. All are fitted with a wooden floor, carpet and built-in banner frame. If you require lighting on your stand you must supply this yourself and order an electricity source from our supplier in advance. • All stands must display their stand name on a banner – dimensions are 3m length x 0.6m depth (*per single stand, a double stand will require a 6m length x 0.6m depth banner). • A one-metre deep space in front of each stand may be used for A-boards but must not encroach on the walkway or obstruct other stands.

The Lincolnshire Lifestyle Marquee celebrates small artisan businesses and is situated in the Horticultural area located between the Women’s Institute and Floral Arts Marquee. Exhibitors are allocated a space within the marquee and are therefore not required to bring gazebos. Exhibitors should ideally offer an artisan or homemade trade or product and be operating as a small business. All applications are subject to approval and may be rejected if there are already several confirmed exhibitors offering a similar product.

The Activity Zone is a dedicated area for exhibitors who offer interactive, participatory activities. Designed for organisations that offer interactive activities, this space invites visitors of all ages and abilities to get involved, try something new and discover the many ways to be active across the county.
