Outside space to pitch your own gazebo/display. Situated on grass, ringside, near the arena, or fronting the paths leading to (or surrounding) the Bandstand. These positions have a higher footfall, and are classed as a premium spot in the Show. They therefore have a higher pitch price. You will be given up to 4 trader passes depending on the size pitch you book - please see details in the pitch descriptions.

Open trade pitch located on grass in the popular Plant Village - for horticultural traders only. Located in the centre of the Showground, a main attraction for most of our visitors. Some trade pitches will be near or under trees. You will be given up to 4 trader passes depending on the size pitch you book - please see details in the pitch descriptions.

Trade space for onsite public catering. The show aims to have a diverse mix of catering outlets across 3-4 food courts to cater for the mix of visitors attending the show. Descriptions are for guidance, please select the option which best suits your business, and enter any queries and extra information in the notes section on the form. You must provide your menu with prices to be considered for the Show.

These pitches are eligible to CRAFTERS/DESIGNERS/ARTISTS/MAKERS who HAND MAKE and sell their own items. Situated in the Artisan Village, there is the option to book a space within the marquee, or a pitch outside. The spaces are located on grass with individual plots marked with line paint. The nature of the park means that some pitches will be under or near to trees. Please note, the Artisan Village hosts a mix of Craft, Rural Craft and Food Stands. You will be given up to 4 trader passes depending on the size pitch you book - please see details in the pitch descriptions.

Rural Crafters are invited to showcase their skills and sell their products to visitors, with demonstrations throughout the Show. Rural Craft pitches are situated within the Artisan Village, most pitches are on grass, and near or under trees. Please note, the Artisan Village hosts a mix of Rural Craft, Craft and Food Stands. You will receive 2 trader passes and 1 parking pass.

You will be given up to 4 trader passes depending on the size pitch you book - please see details in the pitch descriptions.

Exhibition and Sales area in the Floral Marquee. Exhibits will be judged, our awards in the Floral Marquee are one of the highest paying in the country. You will get 50% of your pitch fee back if you win a Silver Gilt or above. Tiering for exhibits will be provided free of charge by the Show. Details of which will be requested once you have been accepted into the Show. Sales areas are 8ft Frontage x 8ft Depth. 2 tables and 2 chairs are provided with each sales area. The sales area will not be included in the judging. You will receive 2 trader passes and 1 parking pass with your pitch

This section for pre-approved traders or complimentary stands, any application that is submitted and not pre-approved will be automatically cancelled. When filling out the application, please write in the "Any Other Comment" box which stand you would like to apply for e.g. PRIME Outside Stand 3m x 3m.
