Trade Stand Premium Pitch - Zone A (Login / Register to Submit Application)
Zone A South, all trade stands have a grass base and some with 15m depth, Agricultural support trade and professional services.Zone A North, mostly grass base stands from 3m and up to 15m some availability with a hard surface and 7m depth, locally authorities, public services, education, some existing retail trade, tourist etc. If you require wifi & broadband please contact West Wales Systems on 01437 700701 for prices.
Trade Stand Zone B (Purchases open on 13/01/2025 at 08:00)

Funfair, Military, Wales Ambulance, Fire/ rescue Public Bar/catering and trade stands, Hard base trade stands only.

Country Market Paddock (Purchases open on 04/02/2025 at 06:00)
Outdoor exhibitors of local Crafts and Foods. Exhibitors to provide their own gazebo, tables and chairs. All spaces have been preallocated and any unauthorised bookings will be cancelled and payment refunded.
Country Market Marquee (Purchases open on 04/02/2025 at 06:00)
Marquee with hard floor for local crafts and produce. Exhibitors to provide their own tables and chairs. All spaces have been preallocated and any unauthorised bookings will be cancelled and payment refunded.

Food & Beverage Outlets (not Food Hall Exhibitors) (Purchases open on 17/01/2025 at 01:00)
The sale of foods and beverages to the public on both days of the County Show. Food hygiene rating of 4 and above to be displayed along with county issuing the rating. Please read the FSA/Wales document on the Trade Stands "Download Documents" page and the legal requirement under "Wales" section to display Food Hygiene ratings at point of sale and also to display bilingual menus.
