From small to large businesses looking to trade at the Show, we offer open grass space around the showground. Location discussed at the time of enquiry. No shelter supplied, it is open grass space.
Located on the avenue leading from the public entrance to the Main Ring. This is open fronted marquee in 3m / 6m sections on grass.
A specific zone located close to the livestock competitions. Space is offered to agricultural and machinery companies only, including those that exhibit at Midlands Machinery Show.
Space offered to companies that are allied to the agricultural industry including fencing, feed merchants, societies, livestock tags and forestry. Space will be offered in appropriate areas and discussed at the time of enquiry.
Nottinghamshire community based organisations that put on visitor friendly activities, educational and engaging displays in the George Stephenson Exhibition Hall. Fundraising and sales is not allowed to avoid a barrier to the visitors opportunity to see the great work you do.
Opportunity to book a performance slot on the Community Zone stage in the George Stephenson Exhibition Hall. The opportunity is offered free of charge and performance groups are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
A specific zone for food and drink stands (selling sealed goods to take home) with live music, a village green and traditional fete games. No shelter supplied, it is open grass space.
For craft businesses that are selling products handmade by you and clearly defined as craft products. No food or drink. Space is offered in an open fronted marquee
For companies looking to be an attraction at the show throughout the whole day. For example, bouncy castle, simulators. A non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of confirmation and a concession after the show.
For community groups, charities and organisations that support the Nottinghamshire Countryside. All we ask is that groups put on visitor friendly activities, educational and engaging displays and limit fundraising or sales to avoid a barrier to the visitors opportunity to see the great work you do.
By invitation from the Show Manager and Trade officer only. For example, police, army.
By invitation only. Food or drink sold to the public to be consumed on the day of the show. Deposit will be deducted from the final fees which will be payable at the rate of 25% of gross turnover and payable by 30th May 2026. £250.00 non-refundable deposit due at the time of confirmation. 3 wristbands will be supplied.
