If a vehicle is to be kept on the stand, please provide the vehicle registration and display your vehicle hanger on arrival and at all times. Please select the length of stand from the sizes below - please contact the office if you require a size not stated. Cubicles are self contained small marquees in a row side by side. They are available for any branding purposes and can be set up to suit the trader. One table provided. Multiples can be bought together to open into a larger space - just select more than one! Flooring and electric are available on request, please state on your application if needed. Please be aware all traders need be set up by 8.30am with all vehicles off site before 9am. No vehicles are allowed to move on or off site before 6pm.

All staff will need to have tickets, these are allocated on the size of your stand. Smaller Catering stands = 4 staff tickets, Large Catering stands = 8-10 tickets. Vehicle passes will be provided to be displayed on all vehicles on site. Please ensure all rubbish and waste is taken away and not placed in show bins. We promote recycling and are working towards no single use plastics, priority will be given to traders with policies to help the environment.

Grass pitches within our Indoor Shopping Marquee. All pitches include one or two tables - (please see product description for details). Please bring any seating with you - no chairs provided. Please be aware all traders need be set up by 8.30am with all vehicles off site before 8.30am. Gates onto the show ground will be closed at 8am to ensure public safety. After this time you will have the ability to park in traders parking. No vehicles are allowed to move on or off site from 8.30am - 6pm. Parking is available opposite the show field in the Trade & Public parking area. Stands can be set up from Friday 22nd May 9am. We have CCTV on site and 24hr security from the Friday until Saturday evening. Please ensure you remove all rubbish.
