Outside Trade Stand Pitch on Grass. Stands form avenues which shoppers can walk up and down and enjoy the wide variety of goods on sale. All Traders must provide their own gazebo / marquee. All vehicles must be moved to the the public carpark unless they can fit on the stand size you have purchased.

Craft & Traders Marquee (Purchases open on 25/03/2026 at 09:00)
We have two marquees for crafts, hand made goods and local businesses. Space is available within the marquee, on grass, in units of 3m x 3m. 2 exhibitor tickets are included with each unit.
Open Bay (Purchases open on 25/03/2026 at 09:00)
Located in our Jack Norman field, a row of open fronted 3m x 3m bays, on grass. 2 exhibitor tickets are included with each unit.
Food Hall Pitch (Purchases open on 25/03/2026 at 09:00)
Our Food Hall is very popular so early booking is advisable. Stands are located within a marquee, on grass and available in 3m x 3m units. 2 exhibitor tickets are included with each unit. FULLY BOOKED FOR 2025. Please email office@melplashshow.co.uk to be added to our waiting list.
Public Catering Concession (Purchases open on 25/03/2026 at 09:00)
We invite caterers to please tender for a site at our show. A caterer will provide food and / or drink which is for immediate consumption. All caterers must promote local, Dorset or West Country Produce wherever possible. We have various public catering sites available throughout our show field. Please note, we do not accept concessions from mobile bars / alcohol vendors. Each catering unit will be provided with 4 show entry tickets. Closing date for tenders is 31st March 2025.
