Open Site - 6m Depth (Purchases open on 29/01/2026 at 14:00)
Outside Trade Stand on grass. Traders must provide, if required, their own marquees. Please make sure that you allow enough space for Guy Ropes for your marquee, these cannot encroach outside your booked space. All vehicles must be moved to the exhibitor car park by 8.00am on day of show unless they can fit within the space booked.
Open Site - 9m Depth (Purchases open on 29/01/2026 at 14:00)

Craft & Home Marquee - Covered Trade Stand (Purchases open on 29/01/2026 at 14:00)
Craft and Home; Craft and Home Marquee for selling and demonstrating such products. No electricity supplied, no generators allowed.
Food Hall - Covered Trade Stand (Purchases open on 29/01/2026 at 14:00)
This is for exhibitors displaying and offering for sale specialist foods and beverages for consumption on site or to take home, it is not a covered site for Public Caterers. It is the exhibitors responsibility to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN). Sale of Alcohol - the show will operate a Challenge 25 Policy. Electricity is available at a surcharge of £125 per 3kW. All Food Hall exhibitors must comply with current Food Hygiene/Food Handling regulations.
Members Mall - Covered Trade Stand (Purchases open on 29/01/2026 at 14:00)
This area is situated outside the Members Pavilion in a prime site fronting Ave A. Individual stands are 3m x 3m, more than one stand can be purchased, exhibitors are chosen for the attractiveness and originality of their stands.
Charity Trade Stands (Purchases open on 29/01/2026 at 14:00)
A limited number of 6m frontage x 9m depth stands are reserved for Charities.
