Preference will be given to local food producers (from Devon and the South West) and not ‘fast food sales’ exhibitors. To rebook your 2025 stand, please submit your application by 1st December. The Show will permit a limited number of sites for ‘fast food’ (food for immediate consumption). ‘Fast food’ exhibitors will be charged a 12.5% catering premium. Sampling food is permissible at no extra charge. Exhibitors and Caterers selling or promoting alcohol are reminded that they must have a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) which must be displayed at the Show.
