Agricultural Machinery (Login / Register to Submit Application)

For companies exhibiting Agricultural machinery and implements. To rebook your 2025 stand, please submit your application by 1st December. A deposit of 25% will be required to secure the pitch, with the balance due by 1st March 2026.

Agricultural Allied & Horticultural (Login / Register to Submit Application)

For companies allied to the agricultural industry eg. seed, fertiliser & feed merchants, forestry, stabling/horseboxes and agricultural buildings). To rebook your 2025 stand, please submit your application by 1st December. A deposit of 25% will be required to secure the pitch, with the balance due by 1st April 2026.

Cattle Breed Promotion Stall (Login / Register to Submit Application)

Country Life & Woodland (Login / Register to Submit Application)

A very popular feature primarily for small businesses and organisations associated with the countryside, woodland, forestry industry, and rural pursuits. To rebook your 2025 stand, please submit your application by 1st December. A deposit of 25% will be required to secure the pitch, with the balance due by 1st April 2026.

Covered Bay - Avenue A (Login / Register to Submit Application)

3m x 6m bay, banner rail included in cost. Covered bays are ideal for Exhibitors selling or promoting their goods and services and do not have an exhibition unit or marquee. To rebook your 2025 stand, please submit your application by 1st December. A deposit of 25% will be required to secure the pitch, with the balance due by 1st April 2026.

Crafts & Flowers (Login / Register to Submit Application)

For the promotion of small craft businesses. All products must be made by the exhibitor and genuinely definable as craft work. Housed within a conventional Pavilion, on a grass surface. The cost includes a single electric socket per bay. To rebook your 2025 stand, please submit your application by 1st December. A deposit of 25% will be required to secure the pitch, with the balance due by 1st April 2026.

Farmers Hub - Exhibitor Stand (Login / Register to Submit Application)

Food & Drink Pavilion (Login / Register to Submit Application)

For the promotion of food & drink products primarily for consumption off the Showground. Preference will be given to local food producers (from Devon and the South West) and not ‘fast food sales’ exhibitors. To rebook your 2025 stand, please submit your application by 1st December. A deposit of 25% will be required to secure the pitch, with the balance due by 1st April 2026. The Show will permit a limited number of sites for ‘fast food’ (food for immediate consumption). ‘Fast food’ exhibitors will be charged a 12.5% catering premium. Sampling food is permissible at no extra charge. Exhibitors and Caterers selling or promoting alcohol are reminded that they must have a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) which must be displayed at the Show.

Motor Dealers (Login / Register to Submit Application)

For the exhibition of motor vehicles, motor bikes and boats. To rebook your 2025 stand, please submit your application by 1st December. A deposit of 25% will be required to secure the pitch, with the balance due by 1st April 2026.

Open Ground Non Agricultural (Login / Register to Submit Application)

Open ground sites on grass or a hard surface. Exhibitors can either supply a marquee or order through the Show Office. To rebook your 2025 stand position, please submit your application by 1st December. A deposit of 25% will be required to secure the pitch, with the balance due by 1st April 2026.

Shedded Bay 3m x 3m - Avenue R (Login / Register to Submit Application)

3m x 3m shredded bay with banner rail is included in the cost. Set on grass and located on Avenue R between Crafts & Flowers and Country Life & Woodland. Ideal for Exhibitors selling or promoting their goods and services who do not have an exhibition unit or marquee. 5% discount when ordering two or more. To retain your 2025 pitch, please book by 1st December. A deposit of 25% will be required to secure the pitch, with the balance due by 1st April 2026.

Shopping Village (Login / Register to Submit Application)

For 'bricks-and-mortar' and online lifestyle retail businesses. All exhibitors must present a professional website or Social Media account before an application is approved. 3m x 3m bays housed within a conventional Pavilion, on wooden flooring. A deposit of 25% will be required to secure the pitch, with the balance due by 1st April 2026.
