Catering Trader
Trade space for onsite public catering. The show aims to have a diverse mix of catering outlets across 3-4 food courts to cater for the mix of visitors attending the show. Descriptions are for guidance, please select the option which best suits your business, and enter any queries and extra information in the notes section on the form. You must provide your menu with prices to be considered for the Show.
Catering Trader - Hot Drinks Trader (Purchases open on 10/11/2025 at 13:30)
Bean to cup coffee, and other hot and cold drinks. Some small food items to accompany hot drinks are permitted. You will receive 4 trader passes and 1 parking pass
Catering Trader - Small Bar Trader (Purchases open on 10/11/2025 at 13:30)
Small sized pitch (e.g. Horsebox), selling speciality alcoholic drinks/cocktails/mocktails. A TENs licence is required. You will receive 3 trader passes and 1 parking pass
Catering Trader - Full Bar Trader (Purchases open on 10/11/2025 at 13:30)
Full bar, offering a full mix of drinks: larger, ale, cider, wine, spirits and soft drinks. A TENs licence is required. You will receive 5 trader passes and 1 parking pass

Small sized pitch, for horsebox/small gazebo or similar, serving hot/cold food, sweet or savoury items. You will receive 3 trader passes and 1 parking pass

Medium sized pitch, for service of hot and cold food. Fresh food made to order. You will receive 4 trader passes and 1 parking pass

Large sized pitch, for quick service hot food, suitable for mass catering. You will receive 5 trader passes and 1 parking pass
Catering Trader - Ice-Cream Van (Purchases open on 10/11/2025 at 13:30)
1 Ice Cream van (4mtr x 3mtrs) serving whippy style ice creams, ice lollies and mass-produced ice creams. You will receive 4 trader passes and 1 parking pass.
Catering Trader - Ice-Cream Stand (Purchases open on 10/11/2025 at 13:30)
1 Ice Cream stand (3mtrs x 3mtrs), serving artisan, locally made scoop ice creams. You will receive 3 trader passes and 1 parking pass
Catering Trader - Extra Large Catering Unit/Marquee (Purchases open on 10/11/2025 at 13:30)
More than 10mtr frontage unit or marquee, serving a mix of products: hot and cold food; hot, cold and/or alcoholic drinks. You will receive 7 trader passes and 2 parking passes.
