• The whole of the land, arable, pasture and meadow, hedges and ditches in the occupation of the competitor, within the limits of the Society, and sufficient of stock and implements to be judged. Only stock on the farm or farms to be shown will be judged.
• These rules also apply to Contract Farming arrangements where the exhibitor is contracted on a stubble to stubble basis therefore the Whole Farm Business should be entered and declared.
• Exhibitors will not be required to provide financial details.
• Judges will be provided with description and details of each farm.
• Exhibitors are asked to supply this in good time for judging.
• NB Classes 5, 6 and 7 are not open to the winners in these classes in 2025. These may only enter Class 8.

2. Restricted to within a 15 mile radius from Newbury Corn Exchange or having a Berkshire address.
3. No competitor to take more than one prize in any class from the same farm, unless of a different variety.
4. Crops to have been grown by each competitor in and harvested in the 2025 season.
5. Entries must be delivered to the Produce Tent on Friday 19 September between 1pm and 4pm or on Saturday 20 September by 7.30am.
6. All exhibits are to be clearly numbered with no names being written on tags or bags. Numbers will be emailed to entrants week commencing 15 September. CONSERVED FORAGE
