.All ridden competitors must wear a correctly fitted and secured hat of a recognized British Safety standard.
We recommend all handlers also wear a safety hat.
All riders aged under 18 must wear a Body protector when in jumping phases of their classes.
Prize money can only be collected from the main admission gate on the day of the Show.
Please refer to the ring time table to plan your day before entering.
Inappropriate behaviour towards any stewards ,judges or fellow competitors will not be tolerated and offenders will be asked leave the showground.
All cups and trophies to be collected and signed for from the secretaries tent , after the supreme championship is judged in the main ring.
Eligibility for the show championship is stated in the schedule, please note not ALL sections are eligible.
Passes will be allocated as follows. PASSES CANNOT BE RESOLD.
1 to 2 class entries 2 Admission Passes
3 to 5 Class Entries 3 Admission Passes
6 classes or more 4 admission passes
Admission passes gain you access to the whole show.
You will also receive a vehicle pass this pass does not admit driver, This MUST be displayed so you get directed to the horse park.
Only horse transport vehicles will be allowed into the horse box park due to space. Free parking is available in the public car park
Lead Rein, Driving and heavy horse entries will receive an extra pass.
No entry fees will be refunded after closing date of entries.
Entry fees: Classes 1, 3-10, 12-79,81-132,147, 180-192. £10.00
Foal Classes: 2&11 no entry fee
Classes 80,133, 145-146, 171-175 £5.00
Classes 151-161 LHIS qualifiers includes levy of £10 £20.00

Prizes Classes 1, 3-10, 12-132, 147, 151-166, 180-192. 1st £15, 2nd £10, 3rd £7
foal classes 2 & 11 Rosettes only
Class 80 & 133 Rosettes only to all entrants
Classes 145-146, 171-175 1st £20, 2nd £15, 3rd £10.
Complaints must be lodged with the horse secretary within 1 hour of the incident.To be in writing on the approve form avaiable from the Horse secretary. Complete with a £20 Deposit.
