To provide a catering concession at the Lincolnshire Food and Gift Fair we ask all exhibitors: • To pay a £360 deposit once the invoice has been issued to secure your space. • After the event you will be charged commission on all event takings which will be offset against the deposit – this will be charged at 22.5% +VAT on your net sales. •You must operate exclusively using Dine' EPOS to record all sales and transactions. • Order any electrical requirements prior to the event. • Include copies of the following with your application: Risk Assessments, Public Liability, food hygiene documentation, hand washing questionnaire, Sale of Alcohol Form (if applicable).
