PLEASE EMAIL A COPY OF YOUR FOOD HYGIENE CERTIFICATE(S); AND GAS AND/OR ELECTRICAL SAFETY/PAT CERTIFICATES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THESE ARE NOW REQUIRED TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION. Outside stand costs include grass cutting and paramedic fee.
