Private Venue Hire
During the show we have option at various times to hire the President's pavilion either dry hire or with catering. The Pavilion can hold a maximum of 80 seated guests (with space for a stand up drinks reception prior to food) or approximately 250 standing if cleared.
Private Venue Hire - Friday 16th AFTERNOON (Purchases have closed)
Available from 2:30pm Friday. Arranged with 8 tables of 10 although these can be removed on request.
